Sara Nourizadeh is a Welsh-Iranian producer-director and writer working across drama and documentary. Her most recent documentary, Finding Hope (BBC), earned her a BAFTA Breakthrough nomination for directing. She is also a BBC New Voices drama writer, and has just completed production on her BFI-funded narrative short film Marriage Test, starring Poppy Lee Friar (In My Skin) and Arian Nik (Killing Eve). Alongside her narrative work, Sara directs commercial campaigns for global brands, with projects recognised by Digiday and Telly Awards. She splits her time between London and Cardiff and is currently developing her debut feature film.
